摘要
分析了蜡模工作室温度、壳型材料、涂料和金属的浇注温度等对熔模铸件完整性的影响,研究了壳型材料的膨胀特性,涂料的粘度、耐火粉料的粒度和搅拌时间与表面粗糙度的关系,探讨了控制高精度铸造叶片尺寸和表面粗糙度的方法。
The effect of cere temperature, shelly materials, dope and casting temperature on integrality of cast were studied. The relation between roughness of casting blades and cast dope, characteristic of expansion of shell, power granularity of dope, milling time have been researched. The method how to control high precision and roughness of casting blades have been discussed.
