摘要 报道了经高温焙烧的SiO2负载氧化钴催化剂,常压液相催化分子氧氧化对二甲苯,表现出了较好的催化活性和稳定性。经350℃焙烧的含钴量0.12mmol.g-1的Co-O/SiO2,120℃催化氧化对二甲苯5.5h,转化率47.4%,对甲基苯甲酸的收率39.8%。催化剂重复使用4次活性基本不变,并进行了IR、XRD表征。 Liquid-phase oxidation of p-xylene by molecular oxygen over Co-O/SiO2 catalysts had reported. The catalysts which contained cobalt oxides (based on Co) 0. 12 mmol/g were calcined at 350℃. P-xylene was oxidized under atmosphere pressure and 120℃, The conversion of p-xylene and yield of p-toluic acid were 47.4% and 39.8% respectively after 5.5h, and the catalytic activity kept constant almostly after 4 times reusing. In addition, the catalyst was characterized by IR and XRD.
