摘要 由于大屏幕显示器的迅猛发展,使等离子平板显示器(plasma display panel,PDP)受到了很大的关注.本文综述了PDP的关键材料之一———荧光粉的发展现状和近期的研究方向.针对PDP荧光粉发光效率低、色纯度较差、易产生劣化、使用寿命短等不足,介绍了当前的几种研究手段:改变荧光粉的煅烧条件、采用新型的制备手段合成荧光粉、寻找适用于真空紫外光激发的优良基质材料和对激活剂进行有效能量传递的稀土敏化剂、使用量子剪裁效应等,从而获得提高荧光粉发光效率的新途径. PDP( plasma display panel) becomes much concerned resulting from the rapid development of large-area television display.The phosphor is one critical material for PDP, Some excellent characteristics of phosphors such as high quantum efficiency, long-life,short decay time and high luminescent color under vacuum ultraviolet (VUV) are required, The progresses of PDP phosphors and related experiments are evaluated. Some newly developed processes, such as combustion synthesis and wet-chemical synthesis in the preparation technology of the phosphors are discribed. Upon adopting some ions in the luminescent materials, the crystal structure and the luminescence properties of the phosphors are greatly changed. On the other hand, the characteristics of energy transfer between ions, such as Gd^3+→Eu^3+ , Gd^3+→Tb^3+ , are also highlighted. Furthermore, a new route to obtain high quantum efficiency of the phosphors by quantum cutting is discussed.
