摘要
采用有限元法对短T型钢连接性能进行了模拟.建立了三维模型,考虑了几何非线性、材料非线性和接触非线性因素,分析了螺栓预紧力对结构行为的影响,得到了载荷-变形曲线和Mises应力分布云图,其结果与实验数据有较好的相关性,表明所建立的计算模型合理、准确.同时进一步讨论了该结构在火灾下的响应,分析了温度载荷对结构的影响,为钢结构半刚性连接的设计计算提供了有效的数值模拟方法,对制定抗火设计规范具有指导意义.
The behavior of simple T-stub steel connection is simulated. 3D model is developed which implements geometric, material and contact non-linearities and analyzes the impact of Dolt preloaded force. The Load-Displacement curves which are closely related with experimental data and Mires stress contours are obtained. All these show that computation model is rational and accurate. Moreover, the response of the model under fire and the effect of temperature load on structure have also been analyzed. The research effectively provides a numerical simulation method for semi-rigid connection of steel structure design and is instructive for drawing up design code of fire-resistance.
