摘要
目的:建立掺假穿山甲的定性、定量检定方法;方法:应用分析化学原理对掺假物进行定性分析,用EDTA配位滴定法对掺假物进行定量分析;结果:定性分析检出掺假物为硫酸镁,定量分析平均回收率为99.31%,RSD=0.2%;结论:该定性定量方法专属性强,简便、快速、准确,适合于基层药检所及药品经营单位的分析检验。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of the quality and quantity of adulterated pangolin. Method:Making quantity analysis to adulteration by applying the principle of analytical chemistry, while quality analysis could be done by EDTA coordination titration. Result: Quality analysis had checked out the adulterant was magnesium sulfate, average recovery rate was 99.31% by quality analysis, RSD =0.2% ; Conclusion: the method is simple, fast, accurate, fit for analysis and examination in layer institutes of medicament examination or management.
