摘要
机体的机能状态是决定针刺效应最重要的因素,在针灸临床中要重视患者的机能状态,本文着重从体质因素、精神因素、年龄、性别因素、疾病的病性、病位、范围、程度、发病次数、病变时间各方面进行了阐述,旨在认识患者机能状态影响针刺效果的重要性,认清患者机能状态有利于在针灸临床中把握治疗时机,对于提高针刺疗效有重要作用。
The body's enginery state is the most important deciding factor of the acupuncture effect,so we should emphasize on the patients' enginery state in the acupuncture clinic.This text carries on elaborate from the constitution factor,spirit factor,age,gender factor,the nature、location、scope、degree、outbreak times and the pathological changes time of disease mainly.The aim is to know the importance of the affection of the patients' enginery state to the acupuncture curative effect.Making the body's enginery state clear could benefit grasping the treatment opportunity in the acupuncture clinic,which is important to improve the acupuncture effect.
