宿主抵抗疟原虫再感染的免疫相关机制 被引量:1

摘要 宿主免疫应答是抵御微生物、寄生虫感染的主要因素。与多种感染性疾病相似,疟原虫再感染现象的存在是其难以控制的主要原因之一。宿主对疟原虫再感染有一定的免疫力,但不足以完全清除疟原虫。宿主难以完全抵抗疟原虫再感染是研制有效抗疟疫苗的障碍。该文主要就宿主抵抗疟原虫再感染的免疫机制作一综述,宿主记忆性CD8+T细胞是控制红前期疟原虫再感染的关键,其产生与维持依赖于CD4+T细胞与IL4的存在;CD4+T细胞直接通过相关细胞因子、间接调节抗体或记忆细胞的产生发挥作用;IgG2a是小鼠抗再感染的保护性抗体,针对间日疟PvMSP119、恶性疟LSAJ和RAP11294的抗体具有保护作用。宿主抵抗再感染机制的阐明将为疫苗研制提供必要的依据。
