推行工程量清单计价是我国工程造价管理体制改革的一项重要政策,是整顿和规范建筑市场的需要,适应市场经济,符合国际惯例,体现了价值规律。作为项目业主,正确理解工程量清单计价,采取恰当的应对策略和措施,对实现项目的投资目标具有十分重要的意义。
It is an important policy in the structural reform of our engineering cost management to carry out the evaluation of construction works bill, which satisfies the demand of reorganizing and standardizing the building market, orientates market economy with norm, matches international standard, embodies law of value. As a proprietor, correctly understanding the evaluation of construction works and taking proper tactics and measures are very significant to fulfill the investment objective.
