摘要
建立了非对称阀控制非对称缸非对称动力机构的数学模型,推出了活塞正反向运动时的位移和负载压力的传递函数。结合理论分析,在运动台上作试验研究,得出非对称阀控制非对称缸系统能够消除输出位移在正反向的不对称性,并在一定程度上消除活塞换向瞬间的压力跃变。
In this paper, the model of asymmetry cylinder controlled by asymmetry valve is established. Two directions movement' s transform functions for displacement and load pressure are gained based on the model. According to the theory, we proceede experiments on motion system and the experiment result shows that asymmetry valve can eliminate the asymmetry characteristics of displacement, and can diminish pressure jump in certain degree.
