摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜在肾上腺手术中的应用。方法:2004—05～2005—05对4例肾上腺疾病患者施行腹腔镜肾上腺切除术,全部经后腹腔途径。其中皮质醇症1例,无功能腺瘤3例.结果:4例均获得成功,手术时间:95～130min,平均106min。所有患者术中及术后均未输血,无明显并发症。结论:腹膜后腹腔镜肾上腺切除术具有损伤小、术后恢复快和住院时间短等优点,可望成为治疗肾上腺占位性病变的首选方法。
Objective： To investigate the application of retroperitoneal laparoscopy tor adrenal surgery. Methods：From may, 2004 to may, 2005 ,four patients all had laparoscopic adrenalectomy which was carried out by postperitoneal approach, including one cases of Cushing＇s syndrome and the other 3 cases of nonfunctional adrenal adenoma. Results：The operation of the 4 patients had was successful, The operation time was between 95 and 130 min with an average of 106 min. All patients did not receive blood transfusion or obvious complications. Conclusions： Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal occupying space lesion has many advantages of less injure, safety and effectiveness and early postoperative recovery and shorter hospitalization. Therefore, it will be the first choice of treatment for adrenal occupying space lesion.
