摘要
金融是现代经济的核心,在解决“三农”问题中具有不可替代的作用。而金融抑制问题在我国县域范围内表现得最为突出,直接影响着县域经济的可持续发展和城乡之间的协调发展。本文通过对县域金融抑制现状、原因的深层次分析,提出重新构建县域金融组织体系、消除金融抑制的政策建议。
Finance is nucleus of the modern economy and plays a critical role in solving ＂three agriculture＂ problem. However, financial suppress is the most prominent problem in influencing the sustained development of county economy and the coordinate growth between towns and countries as well. This paper mainly analyses the status quo and the causes of the county financial suppress and puts forward some political proposals of reconstructing the organized system of the county and removing the financial suppress.
