传染性海绵样脑病诊断的研究现状及进展

摘要 对传染性海绵样脑病(TSE)的准确、快速、有效的早期诊断,对于预防感染、控制传染源、保证食品安全以及血液、供血器官和手术安全都具有重要的意义。至今尚无准确的TSE生前诊断方法,所进行的研究主要基于感染性蛋白PrPSc、PrPres的检测。本文对TSE诊断技术以及一些特殊样本诊断的研究现状及进展进行综述,以期在建立损伤小、易于操作又具有高特异性和强灵敏度的生前诊断方法上有新的突破。
