通过理论分析和生产实践,叙述冲天炉铁液氧化的特征、铁液氧化的发生机理和原因、铁液氧化对铸件质量的影响,以及在生产中预防铁液氧化的措施。
With theoretical analysis and production practice, the omens of cupola melt oxidation, the mechanism and reasons of iron melt oxidation, its influence on castings quality were described, and measures to prevent melt oxidation were proposed.
