摘要
在大学城的建设过程中,“环广州大学城体育圈”不容忽视。文章提出了组建“环广州大学城体育圈”的理论构想及建议。
Incomplete instrument is a new system in the instrument law. This paper makes an in -depth discussion on its legal effect. It includes four sides： the legal effect before incomplete instrument is filled; the legal effect when the filling right is abused ; the legal effect when incomplete instrument is lost or stolen ; backward effect of the filling right.
