分析了提高质量体系运行的可行性,提出了提高质量管理体系有效运行的途径,即:1、建立适合本组织的质量方针和目标;2、质量体系认证的目的应落实到提高产品质量上;3、注重质量管理信息的收集和积累;4、加强内审和管理评审;5、应继续加强教育和培训。
Having analyzed the possibility to improve the quality system performance, put forward a corresponding proposal like this： 1. Establish your own quality policy and goal accordingly; 2. The aim of the certification of quality system should lay on the improvement of product quality; 3. Pay attention to the information collection and accumuliation of quality management; 4. Reinforce the internal investigation and management evaluation; 5. Have education and corresponding train continuously.
