摘要
目的探讨米非司酮与宫瘤清联合治疗子宫肌瘤的临床效果。方法将50例确诊为子宫肌瘤患者进行治疗,口服米非司酮10mg,每日1次;宫瘤清3粒/次,每日3次,经期停用;连服3个月为1疗程,治疗前后均行彩色B超监测子宫肌瘤大小,实验室观察血常规、尿常规、肝功能、性激素六项(FSH、LH、E2、P、PRL、T)。结果50例患者在治疗期间均出现闭经、痛经及下腹坠胀感症状消失,经期缩短,经量减少,贫血得以纠正,子宫及子宫肌瘤体积均明显缩小,缩小率分别为:29.71%和47.23%(P<0.01),血FSH、LH、E2、P,测定治疗后平均水平也较用药前下降(P<0.01),其中E2、P下降最为显著,而PRL和T用药前后变化不明显。结论米非司酮与宫瘤清联合治疗子宫肌瘤效果好,副反应小,复发率低,是一种理想的药物治疗方法。
Objective To search the clinical effect by using Mifepristone combined with Gong Liu Qing to treat uterus tumor. Method To treat 50 patients who were diagnosed as uterus tumor sufferer, ask them to take Mifepristone lOmg once a day , Gong Liu Qing oral three times daily; three pills each time. Both should be stop taken during their periods. The period of treatment was three months. To supervise the size of the uterus tumor with colorful B supersonic diagnostic set before and after the treatment. To observe blood routine, urine routine, liver function, sex hormone six items（FSH, LH, E2, P, PRL, T）. Result During the period of treatment, all these 50 patients had these symptoms： amenorrhoea, dysmenorrhoea, the symptom of lower abdomen swell disappeared, the period was shorten, menstruation was reduced, anemia was ameliorated, the volume of uterus and uterus tumor was narrowed apparently, the narrow rater were 29.71% and 47.23% （p〈0.01）. The average level of blood FSH, LH, E2, P tested after treatment were lowered compared with before the treatment （p〈0.01）, the lower of E2 and P was most obvious among it, but the change of PRL and T was not obvious before and after treatment. Conclusion Using Mifepristone combined with Gong Liu Qing to treat uterus tumor has good effect, also, it has minor side effect, low recurrence, is an ideal medical treatment.
