大鼠脊髓创伤后脊髓组织中3种内源性阿片肽含量的动态变化及意义 被引量:1

摘要 应用放射免疫分析(RIA)技术测定了实验性大鼠脊髓创伤后各段脊髓组织中3种不同内源性阿片肽含量的动态变化。结果表明:强啡肽(DynA)随损伤程度的加重进行性升高,DynA含量变化局限于损伤胸段及邻近腰段脊髓,且呈时间依赖型变化。β-内啡肽(β-Ep)无明显变化。亮脑啡肽(L-Ek)伤后在损伤段脊髓组织中含量降低或无明显变化,且与受伤程度无明显相关。研究结果证明:内源性阿片肽参与了实验性大鼠脊髓创伤后双后肢体运动功能丧失的病理过程,且以其中DynA的作用最重要。 Changes in endogenous opioid immunoreactivity following traumatic spinal cord injury inthe rat was examined. Dynorphin A was found to increase progressively with graded injury; changes wererestricted to the injured segment and adjacent areas and were time dependent. Beta-endorphin showed nomarked changes. Leucine enkephalin was either unaItered or reduced at the injury site; changes were notwell localized and were not clearly related to the injury variables. These findings provided further supportfor apotential pathophysioiogical role of dynorphin A in spinal cord injury。
