摘要
活套是保证高频直缝焊管自动化生产不可缺少的重要设备,起到确保储料、供料以及主轧机连续工作的作用。以Φ219mm活套为例,介绍了卧式螺旋活套螺旋料道的主要结构设计原理,并阐明了卧式螺旋活套关键结构的理论设计依据。
As an indispensable unit of the automatic production line of high frequency straight welded tubes, the spiral accumulator plays a role of material storing and charging to ensure continuous operation of the production line. Taking the φ219 mm accumulator as an example, the design principle concerning the main structure of the spiral path of the horizontal spiral accumulator are described, while the theoretic design basis of the key structure of the said accumulator is elaborated.
