By following up the research and validity of the technical index of new kind of plastic burned by photodegradation defined by Fujian province local forced standard for ＂the degradation PVC film. packing bags＇, discussed the relationship between the arbitration examing method and inner control index examing method of enterprises, approved that photodegration is one kind of environmental protection product for burning plastic material, provided technical guidance and basis for enterprises to change their products to use photodegraduation burning plastic and market supervision.
