摘要
结合因弧坑缺陷引发压力钢管焊缝开裂的工程实例,采用有限元分析软件Ansys对钢管焊缝弧坑缺陷处的应力分布进行计算,分析了在单个弧坑情况下应力强度值的分布规律,以及在多个弧坑情况下弧坑处应力强度值和应力集中系数之间的相互影响,从而为该压力钢管的安全评定提供了力学依据。
Based on a project example of weld crack of penstock due to crater defect,it adopted finite element analysis software Ansys to calculate the stress distrthution of the crater defect of the Penstock,the distribution of the stress strength based on single crater and the interaction of the stress strength on multl-crater,which offer mechanics basis for the safety assessment of the penstock.
