摘要
油气管道运行的不同时期具有不同的运行特点,在不同时期导致失效或者管道事故的主要因素也不尽相同.根据“浴盆曲线”,提出针对管道所处3个不同时期采用不同的评价方法,计算出可靠性指标,并与目标安全水平相比较,从而确定管道的安全状况.
Pipeline systems have different features in different running ages. The major factors leading to pipeline failure are also different. According to the “Bathtub curve”, different evaluation methods aimed at pipeline＇s three operation periods are presented. The reliability indexes are calculated and compared with the object safety levels to determine the safety condition of pipelines.
