摘要
现代社会,人们的物质生活虽越来越丰富,可很多人的精神生活依然贫乏和空虚。《道德经》“尊道重德”蕴涵了丰富的心理学思想,其对于加强现代人的道德修养、化解心理冲突、维护身心和谐有重大的借鉴和启迪意义。
In modem society, people are becoming more and more wealthy materially, but many of them are still mentally poor. “Respecting truth and stressing morality” in Dao De Jing of Laozi implies rich psychological thought which is of great significance to cultivating morality among modern people, resolving mental problems and maintaining mental and physical harmony.
