摘要
介绍了专家系统的基本结构、组成以及特点,总结了电网继电保护整定计算专家系统常用的知识表示方法,并且结合功能强大的关系数据库,将产生式规则知识表示法和框架结构知识表示法结合起来用于专家知识的表示,设计出一种基于关系数据库的电网继电保护整定计算专家系统,有效地弥补了传统整定计算软件的不足,能够很好地利用专家的经验知识实现比较精确的整定计算,大大简化了专家知识库的具体实现。
This paper mainly introduces the basic structure, composition and characteristics of Expert System, summarizes the conventional knowledge expression methods of expert system in power system relay protection setting calculation, expresses expert knowledge through using production rules knowledge expression and framework rule knowledge with integration of the powerful relation database, and designs a kind of relay protection setting calculation expert system based on relation database. The system overcomes the disadvantages of traditional setting calculation software, utilizes the experience and knowledge of experts fully to realize more precise setting calculation, and simplifies the knowledge expression. So it has good application foreground and values.
