摘要
本文讨论了一种采煤机切割状态的模式识别方法。选定调高油缸中的压力信号为特征信号,提取其均方差为特征变量,在此基础上编制的控制软件,在采煤机--工作面相似模型上进行试验,取得了令人满意的结果。
This paper discusses a new method of recognizing the shearer's cutting status based on pattern recognition. The pressure signal in the lifting cylinder is designated as feature signal,its mean-square deviation extracted as feature variable,and the accordingly-completed control software produced a satisfactory experiment result on the artificial longwall face in the laboratory.
