摘要
本文研究了教师结构的主要理论。教师结构由显结构要素和潜结构要素组成;提出了教师结构“三高”目标,确定了教师结构优化的标准。
This essay investigates the principle theories on teachers＇ constitution. Teachers＇ constitution, which is made up of visible element and latent dement, Furthermore, this essay puts forward “three high” objective and sets criteria of optimizing teachers＇ constitution.
