摘要
通过对诺斯的工具理性主义制度变迁理论和哈耶克的演进理性主义制度变迁理论的梳理,阐述了中国市场化改革对两种制度变迁理论的检验,分析了政府主导型制度变迁的逻辑及障碍。
Based on an account of North＇ s Tool Rationalism Institutional Change theory and Hayek＇ s Evolutionary Rationalism Institutional Change theory, the article expounds the test on the tow theories by the practice of China＇ market reform, and analyses the logic and barriers of the government- dominated pattern of institutional change.
