摘要 利用扫描电镜及能谱仪对国产和进口Cr2O3-90砖的显微结构进行了观测与分析,结果表明两种砖虽组成接近,但结构和工艺存在明显差异,进口砖采用烧结氧化铬为骨料,且基质结构十分均匀致密;国产砖则采用电熔氧化铬为骨料,基质与骨料之间虽烧结紧密,但结构的均匀性和致密性均略逊于进口砖,再加上基质中较高的Al2O3含量以及骨料颗粒中多而长的裂隙,这些都将对国产砖的使用性能与寿命产生一定的不利影响。 The micro- structures of both the imported and home - made Cr2O3 - 90 bricks have been examined and analyzed with the scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy spectrum analyzer. Results indicate that the compositions of both bricks are closely similar, but difference prominently exists in their structures and processing technologies. The imported bricks in which the chromium oxide is used as aggregate are homogeneous and compact in their matrix whereas the home made bricks in which the electrically smelt chromium oxide is used as aggregate are inferior over the imported ones in homogeneity and compactness of their structures, although their matrix is rather closely bound with the aggregate. Furthermore, much more Al2O3 are involved in the matrix and a large number of long crevices exist in the aggregate. All those factors will adversely affect the properties and service life of the home - made bricks to some extent.
