摘要
研究了用MPT光谱仪测量水中多种金属离子的方法。考察了载气流量、工作气流量、微波功率等对Na、Mg、Ca、Cu、Fe、Sn、Pb、Ag等8种金属元素发射强度的影响。得到了测量不同金属离子的最佳工作条件,进而得出了在最佳条件下测量8种金属离子的工作曲线、检出限、精密度(RSD小于5%)、回收率(90%~101%)等。该仪器分析方法分析速度快、检出限低、操作简便,可定性、定量检测环境水、过程水中溶解的金属离子。
The method of testing metal ions in water by MPT-AES has been studied,the influence of carrier gas flow, support gas flow and microwave power to emissionMg,Ca,Cu,Fe,Sn,Pb,Ag areanalysed.Through experimental data,strength of metal ions of Na,And the experimental conditions are optimized. The optimum conditions to get the working curves, the detection limit, RSD(less than 5%) and recovery(90%- 101%)of the 8 kinds of metal ions have been obtained. This apparatus analysis method can work accurately, quickly and conveniently. The detection limit is very low. It can be used for detecting metal ions in environmental water and processed water。
