Quantitative analyzing bvine milk proteins by comparing three electrophoresis methods

摘要 通过实验比较了毛细管区带电泳(CZE),毛细管凝胶电泳(CGE)及聚丙烯酰胺平板凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)在分离、定量牛奶蛋白上的效果比较。结果表明,在分离的效果及重现性上,CZE,尤其是用带有聚乙烯醇(PVA)涂层的毛细管,酸性的电泳缓冲液和低离子强度的样品缓冲液要优于其他方法,可用于快速分离、定量牛奶蛋白。 A method for the identification and quantification of major bovine milk proteins was developed using capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE). This method included the use of a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) coated capillary column, a running buffer containing 6 M urea at pH 3, and a sample buffer containing 7 M urea and pH 7.5 adjusted with bis-tris-propane, Compared with slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) and capillary gel electrophoresis (CGE), this method was found to be more rapid, reproducible and sensitive in quantification and identification of milk protein.
