摘要
针对当前民营企业在人力资源管理方面存在的人才流失严重、员工基本权利难以保障、家族式管理难以适应现代企业经营管理等问题,提出了相应的改善当前民营企业在人力资源管理的对策与建议。
In the light of the problems existing in the HRM of the private enterprises at present such as the severe outflow of talents, the difficult guarantee of personnel' s basic rights, and that the familial management is hard to fit in with the operation and management of the modem enterprise, puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for improving the HRM of the private enterprise at present.
