摘要
联盟成员中普遍存在的消极行为极大地影响着联盟的稳定。依据多任务代理理论的思想,构建了有效抑制联盟成员消极行为的模型,指出“固定酬金”的激励合约更有利于成员积极行为的产生,进而促进联盟的持续发展。
The ubiquitous passive action of alliance members affects the alliance stability greatly. Based on the multitask principal-agent theory, this paper constitutes the model of restraining the passive action of alliance members, illuminates that the invariable recompense is better for alliance stability.
