摘要
以带芽茎段为外植体,MS为基本培养基,研究了不同激素组合对宿根福禄考离体快速繁殖的影响。试验结果表明,不同培养阶段的适宜培养基为:(1)启动培养基:MS+6-BA1.0mgL+NAA0.1mgL;(2)继代增殖培养基:MS+6-BA1.0mgL+NAA0.3mgL,月增殖倍数可达7.4;(3)生根培养基:12MS+IBA0.2~0.5mgL,生根率高且根粗壮。试管苗移入田间20d后成活率可达92%。
This paper mainly dealt with the study on rapid propagation in vitro of Phlox Paniculata, stem segment with buds were used explants, the culture medium is MS supplemented with different hormone combinations. The results showed that the best media for various stages were as follows: (1)Initial medium: MS+6- BA 1.0mg/L+ NAA 0. 1mg/L; (2)Propagation meditma: MS + 6- BA 1.0mg/L + NAA 0.3mg/L, and the plantlets increased 6.9 times every month; (3)Rooting medium: 1/2MS + IBA 0.2 - 0.5mg/L, and rooting rate is high and thick and strong roots. Transferred test- tube plantlets into field,the survival rate could reach 92% after 20d.
