摘要
胶凝材料生产制备是国家211工程项目“充填注浆材料及技术实验系统”的重要组成部分。简介了井下充填胶凝材料生产制备工艺流程,讨论了几种生产模式,给出了测控系统的总体体系结构、系统的硬件组成和基于组态软件的软件设计。最后给出了部分设计结果和讨论。
The production preparation of cementation material is one of important composing parts of the 211 project “paste-filling material and filling technology experiment system”. The technology process of cementation material production is simply introduced, and several production modes are discussed. The design of general architecture of the control system, hardware component and software design based on configuration software are given. At last, some designing results and the discussion are given.
