消除单相逆变器共模电压的混合型驱动方式的研究

摘要 为了从原理上消除单相逆变器所产生的共模电压,降低该变流系统的传导型干扰,本文分析了单相逆变器在单极性控制方式下产生共模电压的机理,根据逆变的换流过程对控制方式进行了改进,提出了无死区控制方式来消除单相逆变器共模电压新方法。为对比不同控制方式下逆变器产生的共模电压,对两种控制方式下的逆变电路进行了仿真和实验,结果表明无死区控制方式有效的消除了逆变器的共模电压,使得单相逆变系统所产生的传导型干扰得到了很大衰减。验证了无死区控制方式在单相逆变器中消除共模电压和降低传导干扰的有效性和实用性。
