摘要
针对当今大学生就业的严峻形势,提出亲和力是人与人之间交流的润滑剂,可以增强大学生自身的人际交往能力、团结协作能力、组织与协调能力、公关能力等,在大学生就业中起到了非常重要的纽带作用。并提出大学生应从崇尚人格互尊、具备礼仪修养、注重语言艺术、保持谦虚自信、讲究诚信为本、表现热忱态度及加深理解七个角度着手展示个人亲和力,在就业过程中拉近就业双方距离,增加就业成功砝码。
Ligament effect of appetency as an approach in optimizing communication is proposed as a counter measure to the problems arising in current situation of university graduates＇ employment. Ligament effect of appetency is believed to be effective in developing university students＇ communicative skill,teamwork spirit,organizational skill and public relations. In light of feedback from all aspects, we suggest that university graduates should develop for themselves such qualities as mutual respect,eloquence ,modesty ,confidence and honesty while in university so as to succeed in securing employment upon graduation.
