摘要
本研究针对我国种植圣诞花的薄弱技术环节进行探索,结果表明:(1)嫩枝扦插圣诞花用Hormodin刺激切口,能显著提高其生根率;(2)从多种生长调节剂中筛选出PP_(333)为圣诞花理想的矮壮剂,用75ppm的pp_(333)200ml灌根处理多年生圣诞花与对照比较植株矮化率达41.72%,迅速恢复生长的时间为药后65d左右,叶绿素含量提高10.78%,花期提前10d,观赏价值大为提高。处理当年扦插的植株,安全有效浓度为37.5~25ppm,药后35d矮化率为87.50%~82.76%;(3)混合营养基质培植圣诞花能显著提高其移栽成活率,改善长势长相,减少成株死亡率和病虫杂草危害。
This study was an attempt to improve the weakness on
peinsettcas culture technigues inChina, The study result showed:(1)Hormodin treatment on
young cutting from poinsettia wouldobviously increase their root generation rate;(2)PP333 had
been selected from testing growh regulatorsas an ideal chemical to make poinsettia
dwarf.early September,the perennial poinsettia was treatedwith 200ml 75ppm PP333 on
roots,and the plant shortening rate reached 41.72% compared with theCK. Time for recovering
to a normal growth rate was 85 days after the chemical treatinent, whilechlorophyll content
increased by 10.78%,and flowering was push forward 10 days with higherornamental value For
young cuttings,the optimum concetration was 37.5~25ppm.plant-shortening rate became
87.5~82.76%,35 days after treatment ,it is much cheaper than the rest ofAserican
preduct;(3)Mixed Nutrition medium culture apparently euhanced the survival rate oftransplanted
young cuttings,improved their features,reduced death rate and freed them from disease,weed
and insect harm.
