摘要
报道应用正交试验进行哒螨酮合成工艺研究，将三步以上的合成路线优化为两步工艺流程，收率比国际报道水平提高３％～５％，比国内生产水平高出１０％左右，哒螨酮工业品含量达９０％～９３％。
This paper deals with
the study of the technology of the synthesis of Pyridaben by meansof orthogonal testing. In the
experiment the process flow was optimized from more than threesteps tO two steps.The yield was
3%～5%more than that report aborad and about 10%more than thatin domestic production,The
commercial content of Pyridaben reached 90%～93%.
