摘要
森林资产评估是实行森林资产化管理的关键问题．提出的林地、林木资产评估的成本法、收益还原法、序列林价法等８种方法，以及搞好森林资产评估应做好的四项基础工作，对推动森林资产评估很有指导意义．
Forest asset appraisal is a key to put forest asset management into practice.Eightmodes──the cost mode of asset appraisal of forest land and tree,the mode of gain restora-tion,the mode of sequential stumpage price and so on,and four basic jobs for forest assets ap-praisal suggested in the paper are of great guiding significance in pushing forest asset appraisalforward.
