摘要
采用Delphi语言开发了VCPC-1真空差压铸造智能控制的可视化界面,界面以视窗形式弹出,实现了下位机的近程控制和上位机的远程控制;并生产了最小壁厚1mm以下的复杂薄壁铸件。结果表明,可视化界面智能控制的VCPC-1真空差压铸造设备运行良好,控制系统可靠,具有良好的人-机对话功能;已具备生产1mm以下的近无余量、薄壁复杂铸件的能力。
Visual interface of VCPC-1 vacuum counter-pressure casting intelligent control is employed by using Delphi language, which appears in the form of window, moreover, it realizes short range control of hypogynous machine and long-distance control of epigynous machine. Meanwhile, complicated and thin-wall castings in which the thinnest wall is under lmm are produced. The results indicate that VCPC-1 vacuum counter-pressure casting equipment based on visual interface intellectual control runs well, and has reliable control system and good persons-machine dialogue functions. Meanwhile, VCPC-1 vacuum counter-pressure casting equipment based on visual interface intellectual control have had the capability of producing near net shape, complicated and thin-wall castings in which the thinnest wall is under 1 mm.
