摘要
目的对470例老年病人在麻醉手术期间低血压的发生率及原因进行回顾性分析。方法收集2004年1～7月在我院进行过手术,年龄在60岁以上的470例老年病人的麻醉手术资料,根据麻醉方法和手术时间进行分析。结果232例病人在麻醉手术中发生低血压。其中硬膜外麻醉组显著高于全麻组和腰麻组(P<0.01),手术时间1h以上组显著高于手术时间1h以内组(P<0.05)。结论老年病人在麻醉手术期间易发生低血压,尤其是在硬膜外麻醉时和长时间手术时。
ObjeeUve To analysis the morbidity and reason of hypotension during anesthesia in 470 old patients.Methods The data of 470 aged over 60 year old patients who underwent anesthesia and operation were collected from Jan to Jul 2004 and that data was analyzed according to anesthesia method and operation time. Results 232 old patients blood pressure were decreased during anesthesia. The morbidity of the epidural anesthesia group was higher than that of the general anesthesia group and the spinal anesthesia group （ P 〉 0.01 ） ;The morbidity of hypotension of the operation time over 1 hour group was higher than that of the operation time under 1 hour group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Hypotension occurred easily in old patients who underwent anesthesia, especially in those who underwent epidural anesthesia or long time operation.
