摘要
介绍国外一种用于铝熔化炉燃烧器的新技术,即旋转型蓄热式燃烧器以及该燃烧器的结构、工作原理和相关特点。该燃烧器可以使燃料的燃烧效率达到98%,炉膛热效率达到69%,CO2气排放量可降低62%,NOX<500mg/(m3空气),CO≤10mg/(m3空气),熔化铝时的单位能耗不大于550kW/(tAl)。该项燃烧技术可以解决脉冲蓄热式燃烧器的常见问题。
An foreign new technology, about continuous regenerative burner of rotary type is introduced. Its structure, operating principle and related feature also are introduced. By using burner of this type, combustion efficiency can reach 98% ; heating efficency in furnace hearth can reach 69% ;discharge of CO2 can be reduced by 62% ;NOx 〈 500 mg/Nm^3 ;CO≤10 mg/Nm^3 ;unit energy consumption when melting aluminium≤550 kW/tAl, problems appeared on impulse-type regenerative burner can be solved by this technology.
