摘要
目的评价脑梗死病人访视护理的效果。方法对2002年3月-2004年5月出院的222例脑梗死病人在出院时及访视护理3个月后用相同的问卷对脑梗死病相关知识掌握程度进行评价。结果病人掌握知识的程度,访视护理后与病人出院时分别经字2检验,均有显著性差异(Р均<0.01)。说明开展访视护理,明显提高病人掌握相关知识的程度。结论开展对脑梗死病人访视护理,提高了病人的遵医行为和生活质量。
Objective To evaluate the effects of home visiting on cerebral infraction patients. Methods The same questionnaires were used among 222 patients with cerebral infraction from March 2002 to May 2004 on the day of leaving hospital and three months after home visiting to investigate the degree of patients＇ grasp of related knowledge. Results There were significant differences between the degrees of patients＇ grasp of related knowledge before and after home vising （P〈0.01）. It was helpful for enhancing patients＇ grasp of related knowledge to adopt the method of home visiting. Conclusion Home visiting of patients with cerebral infraction improves patients＇ behavior of obeying doctors and their life quality.
