摘要
目的研究循环中白细胞介素6(IL6)和脂蛋白(α)〔Lp(α)〕与2型糖尿病大血管病变的关系。方法采用ELISA试剂盒检测血浆IL6,采用免疫凝集比浊法检测血清Lp(α),并对糖尿病组(68例)、糖尿病大血管病变组(34例)、正常对照组(60例)进行比较。结果糖尿病组血浆IL6和Lp(α)水平均较正常对照组增高(P<0.01),糖尿病大血管病变组血浆IL6和Lp(α)水平均显著高于无血管病变组(P均<0.01)。治疗后随血糖下降IL6和Lp(α)水平降低,但大血管病变组仍显著高于正常对照组。糖尿病患者血浆IL6和Lp(α)水平呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论糖尿病患者循环中IL6和Lp(α)水平显著升高,可能共同参与了血管并发症的病理生理过程。Lp(α)的增加可能与IL6剌激肝脏合成Lp(α)增高有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between circulating interleukin-6(IL-6) and lipoprotein(a)[Lp(α)] diabetic patients with macroangiopathy. Methods Plasma levels of IL-6 were measured by ELISA, and serum Lp(α) were measured by immunonephelometry. Results Compared with control group, the plasma levels of IL-6 and Lp(α) were significantly increased in diabetic patients(P〈0. 01 ), the levels of IL-6 and Lp(α) were significantly higher in macroangiopathy group than non-angiopathy group(P〈0. 01). After treatment the levels of IL-6 and Lp(α) were decreased with level of blood glucose dropped, but levels of IL-6 and Lp(α) also were obviously higher in macroangiopathy group than normal control group. There was a significantly positive correlation between levels of IL-6 and Lp(α)(P〈0. 01). Conclusion The increased levels of circulating IL-6 and Lp(α) in diabetic patients might play an important role in progress of pathophysiology of vascular complication.The elevation of Lp(α) level in the diabetic patients may be contributed to the increased synthesis of Lp(α) induced by IL-6.
