深井高倾角微裂隙围岩防渗化学注浆治理 被引量:5

摘要 晋城煤业集团赵庄矿副立井高倾角微裂隙渗漏严重,采用工作面水泥预注浆和壁后注水泥浆方法收效甚微。采用壁后化学注浆新工艺进行治理后,水量降至2.5m3/h,减渗率达到97%,施工结束至今历经11个月未出现反渗现象,表明化学注浆是治理深井高倾角微裂隙渗漏的有效技术。 The wall rock of Zhaozhuang Coal Mine's secondary, vertical shaft leaked seriously due to miniature cracks. After cement pre-grouting on the working face and cement grouting of backfilling, there was little improvement. However, through the new technology- of chemical grouting of backfilling, the water yield falls to 2.5 m^3/h, and the leakage drops by 97% and there has not been reverse osmosis since the completion of the project for 11 months. Therefore, it is clearly illustrated that chemical grouting is an effective way to prevent the leakage through miniature cracks.
