摘要
针对砌体结构房屋基础底面压应力的分布特点,分别采用独立基础并设置墙下地梁、条形基础矩形区域修正以及多边形区域的对称和不对称修正等四种基础外形方案,根据基础节点类型按地基承载力要求确定基础底面的合理修正范围,导出了修正系数的计算公式.所得结果表明,用独立基础代替条形基础,可显著降低工程造价;以条形基础为主进行局部修正时,“+”型节点处修正最大,“^”型、“”型节点处应适当修正,“L”型节点处一般不必修正.该修正方法简便、实用,所得结果简单可靠,可直接用于基础设计.
According to stress distribution of compressive load on walls, and to types of foundation linkage area based on capacity of groundwork, such as single-foundation and groundwork beam under wall, strip foundation with rectangle, symmetry and non-symmetry linear revision for linkage area of foundation base,this four shapes of the revised calculating formula were derived for building foundation with brick masonry structure These four types of the revised coefficient of calculating formula derived. The computation showed that the engineering costs would be remarkably reduced when single-foundation was replaced by the strip one, and the revised coefficient is biggest for " + " shaped linkage area, bigger for "⊥" or " ┠ " linkage areas, no revision for "L" linkage area when strip foundation is partly revised. The revised methods are simple and believable computed results can be directly applied in foundation design.
