摘要
目的:了解住院患者应用头孢他啶的不良反应发生率和合理用药情况。方法:采用同步调查,追踪分析2004年1-5月应用头孢他啶的406例住院患者用药情况。结果:406例用药者中发生不良反应5例,不良反应发生率1.23%;头孢他啶有效率为72.4%;不合理应用有89例,占21.9%。主要问题为用药时间过长,剂量偏大,换药频繁及联合用药不当。结论:头孢他啶临床应用中应注意合理应用。
Objective： To investigate the rate of adverse drug reaction and the rational drug administration of cefiazidime in inpatients. Method： Synchronously inquisitional methods were employed to follow and analyze cefiazidime application of 406 cases from January 2004 to May 2004. Result： In 406 cases, there were 5 adverse drug reactions cases and the rate of adverse drug reaction was 1.23%. The efficient rate of cefiazidime was 72.4%. The irrational administration cases were 89（21.9% ）. The major problem was long period and great dosage of drug administration, frequently replaceable administration and irrational associated administration. Conclusion： We should pay attention to rational drug use of cefiazidime in clinical application.
