摘要
将成年雌性SD大鼠行双侧卵巢切除去势手术,建立绝经后骨质疏松症模型,术后应用以雌激素、海嫖峭和维生素D3等合成的复合药物治疗。120天后各项测试结果表明,骨密度增加,骨疏松形态改善,骨生物力学性能增强。
Adult female Sprague-Dawley rats underwemt ovariectomy,to set the model of experimental postmenopausal osteoporosis. After operation the rats were treated by composite medicines, that consisted of estrogen,cuttlebone and vitamin D3, et al. At the and of 120 days after the experiment, the result showed that the density of bone increased, the morphology of bone improved, and the biomechanical properties of bone was strengthened in the treated rats. The present study demonstrated that the composite medicine could treat experimental postmenopausal osteoporosis with good result.
