摘要
目的探讨利用现有的三维软件和医院病理室的条件,进行牙齿数字化三维重建的可行性。方法选择部分冠折的成人恒上中切牙1枚,记录外形、长度后脱钙、脱水,专用包埋盒包埋,病理切片机以每层4μm从尖到冠逐层片切,每切5层(20μm),拍摄1张横切面数码照片,共摄照片525张。将图像通过ADOBEPHOTOSHOP7.0转换成矢量文件,在3DSMAX6界面,在标志点的指导下将每一张矢量文件按顺序重新组合,转变为nurbs闭合曲线后,用u-loft方法形成牙齿立体解剖图象。结果利用病理切片加3D软件的方法,能三维重建该牙齿牙本质部分的外形。结论现代数码软件能方便地支持牙齿重建,但普通病理方法不能保持牙齿外形的完整性。
Objective To find a more convenient way to reconstruct the morphologic characters of a tooth with ADOBE PHOTOSHOP 7.0 and 3DSMAX6 in the pathologic laboratory. Methods An adult incisor with partial crown fracture was chosen. The tooth was decalcified, dehydrated, buried in a specially designed box, and cut into pieces of which 525 digital photographs were taken. After edited in the ADOBE PHOTOSHOP 7.0, the 2D data were sent to the 3DSMAX6 for reconstruction. Results A 3D figure of the incisor was built suecessfully. Conclusion The sophisticated softwares are convenient for the present reconstruction,while the technique of pathology needsto be improved to keep the integrity of the target tooth.
