摘要
“门户开放政策”提出后贯穿于冷战结束前美国外交的始终,距今已有100多年,已成为国际社会基本接受的原则。冷战结束后,美国外交出现了“新门户开放主义”。①现重点就“门户开放政策”与“新门户开放主义”各自的特点、异同及内在的联系作历史的分析。
The Open-Door policy which guided American diplomacies about 100 years from its coming into being is wildly accepted internationally as a principle. After the Cold War, New-Open-Door Doctrine emerged in American foreign affairs. It is good to have an analysis in characters, similarities, differences and inherent connections of the two.
