摘要 本文提出了一种基于确定性因子的统计算法来实现客户分类,利用粗糙集和统计知识的互补来处理不确定知识,挖掘潜在客户。实验结果表明,该算法提高了客户分类时的查全率和查准率。 This paper proposes a statistic algorithm based on assured factors to classify clients, and use rough sets and statistic knowledge to deal with uncertain knowledge and mine the latent clients. The experimental results indicate that the algorithm enhances the rates of completeness and precision.
